Dynasty TE Rankings

Dynasty TE rankings ordered by the Smash Average with tiers. Tight end is the thinnest position in fantasy: a handful of every-week difference makers, then a long flat middle where the weekly scores barely separate.

If your league uses TE premium scoring, the top tier gets a real bump and the middle tier becomes startable — the trade calculator's TE-premium setting applies that exact adjustment to every value on this page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does TE premium change tight end value?+

Enough to move an elite tight end into the first round of a startup. With a full point per reception bonus the top tier gains roughly a tier of value and the mid-tier starters become clear positives instead of streamers.

Are rookie tight ends worth drafting in dynasty?+

Rarely in their first season — tight ends develop slowly and most rookies score little until year two or three. Rank them by the tier they can reach, not by what they will score this year.

How often are these rankings updated?+

Every ranker publishes on their own schedule during the season, usually weekly, and the Smash Average recomputes the moment a board is saved. The date under the table is the newest publish across the boards it blends.

Are these the same numbers the trade calculator uses?+

They come from the same value engine. The rankings show the blended order and tiers; the trade calculator prices players and picks against your league's format, scoring and roster size, then applies consolidation logic to multi-player deals.
