Privacy Policy

Effective April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Smash Accept LLC ("Smash Accept," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: email address, encrypted password (handled by our authentication provider), and any profile details you choose to provide.
  • Sleeper account data:when you connect your Sleeper account, we store your Sleeper user ID, league IDs, and rosters so we can provide the Service's analysis and trade tools. We do not store Sleeper passwords. Sleeper authentication is handled via short-lived tokens you provide during sign-in.
  • Billing information: our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details. We receive limited information from Stripe (such as subscription status, plan tier, and the last four digits of your card) to manage your subscription. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Usage information: we collect basic logs (timestamps, IP address, page paths, browser/device type) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Service providers:we use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and Sleeper's API (league data). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own terms.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Smash Accept, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: if we are acquired or merge, your information may transfer as part of the transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at smashaccept1@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us so we can delete it.

8. Chrome Extension

The Smash Accept Draft Assistant is a Chrome extension that shows our player values inside the draft rooms of Yahoo, Sleeper and ESPN. This section describes exactly what it does with data, and is the disclosure referenced by our Chrome Web Store listing.

What it reads. While you are on a draft page at football.fantasysports.yahoo.com, sleeper.com or fantasy.espn.com, the extension reads that page’s publicly visible draft information — players drafted, prices paid, teams, roster slots and your draft position — so it can show advice for the draft in front of you. On ESPN and Sleeper it also calls those platforms’ own APIs, using your existing signed-in session, to read the same league and player information the page already shows you.

What it sends to us. Requests to Smash Accept carry a signed token that identifies your Smash Accept account, so we can confirm your subscription and return your own saved settings, such as a rankings board you have uploaded. We do not receive your Yahoo, Sleeper or ESPN password, and we do not receive the contents of any other website you visit.

What it stores.Your account token and your own preferences — roster shape, plan dollars, bench depth and similar settings — are stored locally in your browser using the extension storage permission. This stays on your device and is removed when you remove the extension.

What it does not do. The extension does not track your browsing, does not run on any site outside the draft pages listed above and our own site, does not sell or share your data with third parties, and does not use your data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to providing draft advice. It contains no remote code: all of its logic ships inside the extension package and is reviewable in the uploaded build.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice.
