Smash Accept LLC offers subscription-based access to our dynasty fantasy football tools. This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work.

1. No Refunds

All payments to Smash Accept LLC are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or previously billed renewals.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal on your account page. When you cancel:

• You will not be charged again at the next renewal.
• Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period.
• After that period ends, your account will revert to free access (where available).

3. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being billed. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, our standard no-refund policy applies.

4. Failed Payments and Disputes

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry it. Repeated failures may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination. If you have a billing question, please email us first so we can resolve it.

5. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
